2024 Halloween

Scott Mahan coordinated this year's distributed event during trick or treating for Halloween and once again we had a great response. A big thank you to the 12 volunteer host homes spaced throughout the neighborhood that had coolers of sodas and water, bags of popcorn, and game with prizes, all provisioned by the HOA. Also thank you the HOA Board for conducting the logistics of the event.

Carter Ann Gordon coordinated a most excellent parade and celebration this year including Police escort, Fire Engine Company, Kona Ice truck, balloon artist, face painting, juggler, glitter tattoos, prize wheel, ice cream and more! Thank you to Carter Ann and Rhonda Cage from Meadows West for coordinating and the volunteers who helped out before, during and after and for all the hard work that made this event a success.

2023 July 4th

Bellaire Park North, Meadows West and Bellaire Ridge once again joined together for a joyous July 4th Parade and Party-in-the-Park Event. There was the Parade to Oakmont Park, complete with Firetruck and Police Cruiser, the Kona Shaved Ice truck, our own Ice-cream-sandwich Cart, Watermelon on Ice, Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, and a Wheel of Prizes. Thanks to Cindy Hayes and Rhonda Cage for coordinating and the volunteers who helped out before, during and after.

A successful National Night Out event was held October 4th at Oakmont Park with ice cream, popcorn, games, and a balloon artist. Thanks to Sheri Chipman for organizing.

Bellaire Park North, Meadows West and Bellaire Ridge once again joined together for the ever-popular July 4th Parade Event. There was the Parade to Oakmont Park, Face Painting, Petting Zoo, Firetruck, Police Cars, and refreshments from the Texas Ice Cream Truck. Thanks to Richard Scherer for coordinating the volunteers.

2020 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Bellaire Park North Homeowners Association took place Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Mira Vista Country Club.
Guest speakers included Officer Brian Carriger, the neighborhood’s new NPO; Chris Stolarzyk speaking for Fort Worth City Councilman Brian Byrd; and City of Fort Worth Community Engagement Representatives Tracy Edwards and Adrieka Lockett.
Election of officers was conducted and the incoming Board of Directors consists of:

Treasurer - Sheri Chipman
Recording Secretary - Sidney McManus
Corresponding Secretary - Scott Mahan
2020 Membership Drive is ongoing and membership currently stands at 186 households.

2019 Annual 4th of July Celebration

Bellaire Park North held its annual 4th of July parade and celebration yesterday, joined by our neighbors in Meadows West and Bellaire Ridge. It was a great success, with well over 250 attendees from the three neighborhoods, coming together to enjoy the parade and gathering at Oakmont Park. Our thanks go out to our neighbors in BPN, Julie and Dave Wende for helping with the setup and face painting as well as Cindy and Kevin Guiles for assisting with the setup as well as photography. PJ Scherer arranged for the Nekter Juice Bar refreshments and managed the Blue Zone table.
Janis and Calvin Crider, from Meadows West, managed the donuts and watermelon tables while Tim Green, from Bellaire Ridge, provided the waters. The petting zoo was the usual success and the Ft Worth Fire departments firetruck with its 100’ extended ladder was an attraction to young and old alike. Our NPO, Officer James Gray along with his fellow officer, Jon “Moose” Musquiz, provided escort for the parade and joined us at the park afterwards.
